Steven Zippin, ABR, CRS, “The Best of the Best.” Since becoming a real estate agent in May of 1987, Steven has consistently been a top listing and selling sales associate in his office. While at his former real estate company in Concord, Steven was consistently in the top 2% of the over 1500 sale associates who worked for them. Steven consistently qualified for membership in the prestigious Chairman's Club, an honor only the best brokers were awarded and was one of the first five individuals inducted into the prestigious Exemplar Society in 1995 in recognition of his being one of their sales leaders. In his first year with RE/MAX in 1996, Steven was recognized as the most successful new agent amongst all of the 1600 agents associated with RE/MAX of New England. Steven was a member of the prestigious Platinum Club of RE/MAX beginning in 1997 and was a member of the RE/MAX Hall Of Fame.  Steven has continued to be a Top Producing Realtor since joining Keller Williams in November of 2006

Steven has a Masters in Education from the University of Connecticut and is both an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); these are national designations achieved by a very small percentage of Realtors and reflects Steven’s commitment and dedication to the real estate profession. Steven has maintained his high level of achievement by being a “non-manipulative” broker and by a firm belief in SERVICE. Though Steve has helped over  500 families buy and sell homes, he does not feel he sells houses; according to Steve, he provides World Class Service to his customers and clients - “Houses, packaged properly, sell themselves”.

Steven’s previous vocation as the Executive Director of a sheltered workshop for the handicapped, and his degrees and training in counseling have given him the many skills a successful real estate professional must possess, including the ability to listen, excellent time management, creativity, sales and marketing skills.

A resident of Concord for over  30 years,  Steven spends his spare time playing golf and exercising.
